Q: If I file an LLC, do i need an Assumed Business Name Application  Marion County, OR. Register Assumed Business Name for a construction business. Do I need an assumed business name registration? 



A: No you don't need it if you file an llc. However, if you use an Assumed Business Name other name than the LLC name, you will need an assumed business name filing.  Just click on get assumed business name and submit your Construction Business info, and then select assumed business name and we will file it for you.  Do you need it?  Perhaps... First choose from sole owner, partnership or corporation and get a business license.
